If you are seeing an "Access Denied" notice when you try to claim your card, you may have accidentally created a second account. You can send us the details by opening a support ticket and we will merge both the accounts for you.
If you used LinkedIn as your login to leave a review or earn a reward, you’ll need to sign in with that profile again to find your previous submissions.
If you have used a business email login, make sure you are signing in with the correct email address. It should match the address that received the confirmation email.
